When these terms bind you

You are bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy from the point you use this website, submit an order, or consent to receive messages from us. Should you disagree with them, do not do any of those three things.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services, make a purchase, or subscribe to our marketing communications. By using our website, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

Nature of the goods

The MindBloom range consists of dietary supplements. Under United States law they are foods, not drugs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and no claim on this site should be read as saying otherwise. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Individual results vary, and a qualified healthcare professional should be consulted first.

The text programme

Entering your mobile number and ticking the box is your express consent, under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), for SALON EXCURIA INC to send recurring automated marketing and informational texts to that number. The terms of it are these:

• Consent is not a condition of purchase, and withdrawing it changes no price.
• How often messages go out varies with what we have to say.
• Message and data rates may apply, and they are your carrier's charges.
• Reply STOP to any message and the programme ends.
• Reply HELP to any message and our contact details come back.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Sending something back

The return window is 180 days from delivery and it applies whether or not the seal is broken. Start it at support@salonexcuria.com. Once the goods arrive back, the refund is put through to the original payment method and clears in 5 to 10 business days. We do not deduct a restocking fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of SALON EXCURIA INC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

How far our liability goes

So far as the law allows, SALON EXCURIA INC is not answerable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of this website or the products bought through it. Whatever we are answerable for is capped at what you actually paid for the product in question.

Law and venue

This agreement is made under the laws of the State of New York, United States, with conflict-of-law principles disregarded, and any proceeding belongs in the courts sitting in New York. Consumer protections available to you under your own state's law are unaffected.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change. When they do, the new version appears on this page with the date it was revised, and carrying on using the site afterwards is how you accept it. The terms that govern an order are the ones published when you placed it.

Dietary Supplement Statement

MindBloom and anything else offered on the shelf at SALON EXCURIA INC is a dietary supplement sold to adults. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Nothing sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition, and nothing here replaces a balanced diet, sleep, exercise, prescribed medication or the advice of a qualified professional.

Individual experiences vary and no outcome is promised. Do not use if you are under 18, pregnant or nursing. Speak with a physician or pharmacist before use if you take medication, are managing a health condition or are preparing for a procedure. The supplement facts panel printed on the bottle is the authoritative description of the product; where anything on this website differs from that panel, the panel governs.

We are a beauty and wellness salon, not a clinic, a pharmacy or a medical practice. Nothing written or said by us constitutes medical advice, and no member of our staff is qualified to give any.

Orders Placed on This Website

Orders are accepted at our discretion and are shipped to addresses within the United States only. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any sales tax that applies at your delivery address. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors before an order ships, and we will contact you by email if we do.

Every purchase is a single, one-off order of a fixed quantity. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal and nothing for you to cancel later. Orders placed while the salon is open are usually dispatched the same afternoon; anything received outside our hours (Tue-Sat, 9am-6pm ET) is packed on the next open day.

All order-related communication — confirmations, receipts, delivery notices and return instructions — is sent by email. We do not send transactional messages by SMS. The marketing text programme is entirely separate and entirely optional, and consent to it is never a condition of any purchase.

Returns in Practice

The 180-day window described above runs from the day your parcel is delivered and applies whether the bottle is sealed or open, and however much of it is left. Email support@salonexcuria.com with your order reference and we will reply with a return address within one business day. You may also simply bring the bottle to the front desk during salon hours.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or the wrong item reaches you, tell us inside the same window and we will replace it or refund it. Please keep the packaging until the matter is settled. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Accuracy of This Website

We write these pages ourselves and we keep them current, but a website is a description and not a guarantee. Stock, pricing, dispatch times and the composition of the shelf can change. If something here matters to your decision, write to support@salonexcuria.com and ask us to confirm it before you buy.

We publish no testimonials, no outcome claims and no time-limited pressure of any kind. If you encounter a message that appears to come from us and does either, it did not come from us; please tell us so we can look into it.
